Cooking Rabbit 5
Cooking Rabbit 5 is the fifth episode in the Cooking Rabbit series.
In lore, Rabbit's Care Simulator, is a flash game made by a small obscure creator on a small obscure website on 3rd May 2010 and Mononiiz or Mono played her games alot and would record them. This recording is from 2023. Mono found the game on a archive site and decided to record it hoping other people will remember it.
Analysis
This episode starts with a warning before going into a intro screen that says "Doliso Games". As the player welcomes people to the video and falsely misremembers this game as a spinoff and it being made in 2012. The player, or Mono, states it was archived for a period of time in 2023 but the archive presumably went missing, Mono states that there may be a few bugs and that the game is scary as a loading screen plays and the intro shows Percy and the menu. The instruction screen is very low quality and messy.
"You have a new bestfriend, it's a rabbit named Percy.
Play!
Play means playing with your new best friend. We can go to the park and (redacted). Be warned neglecting this will deplete his health!
Talk!
Talk to Percy about any troubles you are having, be warned telling him too many troubles will deplete his health!"

The game starts with Percy saying "Hello! My name is Percy! Would you like to be my friend?" as Mono tries to turn off the "annoying sound effects" and doesn't have much luck much to her chagrin. Mono clicks on play button but it links to a broken page, Mono believes the page wasn't archived properly. Mono decides to click on the brush button, stating the game is being buggy and struggling, she finds the page isn't archived again as Percy states "I don't like that remember? See? Remember? See? See? Remember? See?". Mono decides to just click on the microphone button. But trying to click on it the game glitches and Percy stares right into the camera and becomes distorted.
Mono finally clicks on the microphone button stating "That was weird, maybe he could tell what I'm about to do." However, when she tries to talk what she says isn't being played back on the recording and instead she hears someone else's voice speaking. The voice states:
"Hello there friends. One thing I remember... One thing... I remember being able to get out of bed. I feel the sunlight on my face as I step outside. I meet up with friends who love me being around."
To which Percy responds: "What was that? I don't understand you."
Mono tries again but again a different voice speaks instead:
"Hello there. One thing. I remember one thing. I remember being able to get out bed. I look out of the window to see people outside. I wish I could go back to being like them. I talk to friends only online now."
Percy is shown being visibly distressed and distorted as eventually the game glitches out.
After which what is presumed to be Percy states:
"The sad thoughts are invading my happy place. I'm scared I don't want to die but the horrible thoughts tell me there's nothing to live for and that noone cares. I don't want my only way to escape to become sad too. I'm so scared. Noone will hear my cries for help anyway. What's the point. Seriously what is the point of being alive. I'll never be the future my younger self wanted me to be."
The game then fades into a more distorted and darker version. With Percy looking visibly distraught and the games graphics looking very glitchy. Mono seems very confused. Hovering over the "More Games" button and being freaked out by it, quickly hovering her mouse away. She then tries to click on the brush button to no avail. Mono clicks on the play button with nothing happening as the button disappears. Mono decides to click on the microphone button again as the voice speaks again:
"Remember one thing.. I remember being stuck in bed. A shell of who I used to be."
To Mono's excitement Percy's health reaches 0 as Percy responds:
"Yeah. I know how that feels. Neglecting myself. Neglecting myself. Neglecting myself."
Trivia
- This episode was originally known as "One thing I remember"
- Mono has stated this is her favourite episode and only took four days to create.
- Mono has said the Percy that stares into the camera is ovo777 but has said the rest of the video is Percy. This means this video is the first time we actually see Percy proper, as the videos before this were ovo777 pretending to be Percy instead.
- It has been theorised that the sad thoughts Percy mentions could actually be corrosion infecting the game instead. As corrosion is known to cause severe emotional reactions including extreme depression and suicidal thoughts.

- At the 3:50 and 3:52 marks two strings of binary show up.
